Do you have your back turned on new methods of communication?

Happy New Year! For many of us, this is our first day back at work.

With New Year’s here, and with so many new people reading the blog since I started back in the summer, I thought this would be a good day to bring it all back to the very first post, which explains the vision of this blog.

Another New Year’s resolution I plan to fulfill in 2013 is to learn more from the experts all around me.

Aside from being a very successful GM, as you’ll see from the podcast, Brian is a very intelligent, humble, and personable man.

With Christmas safely in the past, I hope you don’t mind if I offer up a few more things I find slightly irritating.
