I was thinking recently how there are so many little things that you can do throughout any given day that can completely change how you perform at work, what your relationships are like and how well you feel both mentally and physically. Today I want to hear from you (so comment below) and tell me what are your quick tips that you implement daily that improve your quality of life.
Here are a few of my thoughts:
- Can we start a day a year maybe a day a week w no cell phone use?
- Can we leave cell phones home at little league games and on date nights? Not in restaurants, or at the park. And, obviously not to be used while driving. But with cars soon to be driving without drivers, this will soon be changing.
- Do one act of kindness everyday.
- If you’re getting sick regularly, you’re not eating well and you’re not healthy.
