You better make sure that when you hit an obstacle that the story you're telling yourself is true. Unfortunately, most of us don't tell ourselves the truth. We tell ourselves something to get us out of the circumstances we're in and then we move onto the next thing without any success.
There's nothing like someone who fights through the obstacle, fights through the situation and doesn't deviate based on something that happens to them and the truth, and the story they tell themselves is, "I can do better. I can be better. I can do more. And I'm not going to let the performance of someone else, or what someone else has said, or what I think I heard, get in the way of what I know I can do."
