Imagine that Your Business was a Hotel...

If your business was a hotel, what would it be? A Days Inn, Red Roof, Marriott or Hyatt? How about the Plaza, or the Four Seasons?

Realize what you are and own it. There is nothing wrong with a Days Inn or a Red Roof, as long as you run things right.

It goes back to my concept of management vs. leadership:

Great managers know what they did yesterday, what they are doing today and what they are doing tomorrow.

Great leaders know who they were yesterday, know who they are today and know what they want to be tomorrow.
