As we settle back into work following the start of the new year, here are my 10 pieces of advice to carry with you throughout 2015:

There are now over 600 cereal choices in the supermarket. Wow! I feel my childhood was cheated with just Apple Jacks, Captain Crunch and only a few other options. Appreciate the choices you have the ability to make this year, not just in the variety of cereal available to you, but in all aspects of life.
Never order a hot dog or food before the end of the 3rd inning or 1st quarter of a game.
It's leftover from the previous game. And, don't eat Sushi on a Sunday night. It's at least a few days old.
What is winning for you?
Decide what things are important to you, your spouse, your boss, etc. Having a winning strategy is the first step to success.
Tattoos are permanent.
Think twice about it.
You can't outwork bad nutrition.
You don't have the right to eat poorly just because you're going to the gym in the morning.
Determine your self-worth.
Don't let your financial situation define who you are. A smile will increase your face value!
Nothing beats a hand-written note.
Nothing. And don't get backlogged on your "I love you's" either.
Your best days are not your yesterdays.
You have plenty of time to be the person you've always wanted to be.
Be smart when taking risks.
Don't drive a truck that weighs 9900 lbs over a bridge that only can hold 10,000 lbs. It's always good to push things, but be smart when taking risks.
