Stop coaching and start selling.

Yeah, that's right. You can coach until you're blue in the face with all the right plays and everything for your staff and players to do, but if no one is buying-in, will it still work?

It is a coach’s number one responsibility to motivate his or her players. If they are not doing that, what are they doing?

The answer: likely not very much.
