It's Not Who You Sleep With, It's How You Sleep!

Everyone is so quick to talk about who they're sleeping with. That's great and all - it's important to talk about that. But it's more important to talk about how you're sleeping.

Energy, enthusiasm, and effectiveness are what I call "the 3 E's". Most people talk about improving at those things, but don't understand that sleep is the backbone of all the changes you're seeking.

Want to be successful for a long period of time? You better start talking about sleep and recovery. So many of us brush it to the side in favor of just about anything else.

If you're snoring or have sleep apnea, you need to take a closer look at how you're taking care of yourself leading up to your sleep. Are you eating right before you go to bed?

Before you know it, those 3 e's (energy, enthusiasm, and effectiveness) will increase at a rate you've never imagined was possible.
