Following-Up is the Golden Ticket

One of my favorite lines is that it’s not what you expect; it’s what you inspect!

I think it’s so important to follow-through and double-check. When something is important and valuable, be somebody who follows-up, double-checks.

There’s nothing like the server in the restaurant that comes over to your table with real concern to make sure that everything in your order is the way it should be, instead of the one that asks the empty question without actually looking.

That’s one of the most common mistakes of customer service. A quick call, email or text—just to check that what you promised and said would happen, happened—that goes a long way! ...And don't be afraid of the phone!

So, is there something, or someone, you can go back and check on?
