Can You Handle the Truth?

How do you know what you don’t know?

Who around you has the balls to be completely 100 percent honest with you? Someone who will tell you that you screwed up or you’re on the wrong track?

Everyone needs someone who can do this, perhaps even two or three people.

The world is a classroom and everyone is a teacher – but how does that help us if we’re not open to learning from our experiences and if we don’t have people around us who will be completely honest?

How about you? Can you handle the truth?

Maybe your tie is tacky or maybe your haircut doesn’t suit you, maybe you screwed up the negotiation…all these things are important to know so you don’t repeat the same mistake.

So who is your truthful person? Who can tell you what you need to hear even though you may not want to hear it?
