Look, if you’re in a sales business like me, you know that this is the time of year where there’s more transactions, more issues, and more opportunities for you to either make a customer for life or lose them forever. Think of it from a customer’s perspective, if they’re buying something from you now its probably a gift and its something really important for someone really special.
Take every costumer seriously and resolve any problem with urgency.
If you're in a management position, be there to help. Not everyone in your company is going to have all of the answers and you play a huge role in making sure your client-facing employees have the support to perform at their peak. ’d as a co we are here to help make sure costumers are happy
