The First 90 Seconds

When you wake up the next few mornings, I want you to think of me -

and the first 90 seconds.

I believe that the way you spend the first 90 seconds of your day determines the way the next 23 hours, 58 minutes and 30 seconds go.

The first 90 seconds sets the foundation of the entire day, like the steel inside a building. You have to make your foundation as strong as possible.

Before you do anything else, make sure the first 90 seconds are postive and you have your MVP List in your mind. You Most Valuable Priorities List.

I think every time we have a bad day, it starts with a negative first 90 seconds.

Make your first 90 seconds count.
