New York-based Steiner Sports has signed Sandy Koufax, the Hall of Fame Dodgers hurler, to an exclusive collectibles deal, it was announced today by Steiner Sports CEO Brandon Steiner.
The exclusive line of autographed Sandy Koufax memorabilia will include jerseys, baseballs and unique photographs.

"Fans and collectors will now have the opportunity to get authentic signatures from one of sports most celebrated icons," said Steiner. "The Steiner Sports family is thrilled that we are able to provide our loyal customers with the chance to add these gems to their collections."

The deal was negotiated by Koufax's long time agent Harlan J. Werner.

"Steiner Sports' ability to source unique photographs and the presence of a strong creative team was a big factor for us entering into this agreement," added Werner, whose company has represented Koufax for over 20 years.

Koufax, one of the most dominant pitchers in Major League Baseball history, was named league MVP in 1963, won 3 Cy Young Awards and threw 4 no-hitters in a 4 year stretch, culminating with a perfect game in 1965. Koufax recorded 382 strikeouts in the 1965 season, won 25 or more games 3 times and captured 3 World Championships with the Dodgers.
